Samantha Williams is a compassionate therapist who provides a safe, empowering space for healing and growth. She is contracted to Sweet Relief Counseling Services under the supervision of Melisa Holdway and is provisionally licensed in the State of Washington under the supervision of Lindsay Davis. She holds a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and studying to become a BCBA. Samantha is dedicated to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice. She integrates DBT, IFS, MI, and TF-CBT into her work and is preparing to offer EMDR.
With experience in private practice, nursing facilities, group homes, schools, and treatment centers, Samantha supports clients of all ages navigating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, attachment challenges, and suicidal ideation/self-harm. Her approach combines compassion, collaboration, and grounding techniques to help clients build resilience, discover strengths, and create meaningful change.
